100% Sauvignon from organically farmed (but not certified) vines, planted on clay soils at the foot of a slope in the commune of Saint-Andelain. Hand-harvested and crafted with precision: direct pressing, significant settling, long fermentations and aging on lees without racking, in 320 to 600L barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration
