Pale robe but an expressive nose of lemon, salted butter, and exotic notes. The palate is taut and concentrated, with barrel aging adding beautiful texture. A long finish with fine, structuring bitterness. Best with a few years of patience; decanting is essential in its youth.

100% Sauvignon, the only cuvée produced in the frost-ravaged 2021 vintage. A blend of all the Domaine’s parcels, farmed organically (though not certified) and hand-harvested. Meticulous winemaking: direct pressing, thorough settling, long fermentation and aging on lees in 320 to 600L barrels. Bottled without fining nor filtration.
