100% Fié Gris (the Loire’s name for Sauvignon Gris), from young vines farmed organically and harvested by hand. Natural vinification with no additives: four days of maceration on whole clusters, gentle pressing, then fermentation finishes and aging takes place in tanks, for 8 months. Bottled at the Domaine in April 2024 with no fining, no filtration, and zero added sulfur.

Antoine Delaunay
Antoine Delaunay, son and grandson of Muscadet winegrowers, is a 36-year-old winemaker, now at the head of the Delaunay Vignerons estate. A true local boy, Antoine graduated in the area, then became the vineyard manager of Daniel Bideau’s estate in La Haie-Fouassière.
