100% Folle Blanche from vines grown organically and planted on several plots which have altered granitic soils, with a sandy-silty profile. Large majority of 50 to 70-year old vines. Manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing, malolactic fermentation is done, aging for 8 months in different types of vats: fibre, stainless steel and concrete with glass tiles. Bottled in the cellar in April 2023. Low dose of sulphur.

Antoine Delaunay, son and grandson of Muscadet winegrowers, is a 36-year-old winemaker, now at the head of the Delaunay Vignerons estate.
