100% Gamay from organic vines and vines in their last year of of converting to organic, as some of these are new plots on the estate, planted in the small town of Vertou in the Muscadet area, and harvested by hand. Vinification: one night of skin-contact maceration, soft pressing the next morning, fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for 8 months. Bottled at the estate in April 2025 with little sulphur.
