A legendary cuvée produced from the estate’s oldest vines—100% Carignan over 120 years old. The vines are cultivated organically using biodynamic practices and harvested by hand with very low yields. Natural vinification: gentle extraction, delicate pressing, and 19 months of aging in amphorae. Bottled at the estate without fining nor filtration, with a light dose of sulfur. Aged in bottles in the estate’s cellars before release.
