Blend of a dozen of parcels around the Banyuls Cru, on the towns of Collioure, Cerbère, Port-Vendres and Banyuls. 80% Grenache Noir, Blanc, and Gris, 10% Carignan and 10% Mourvèdre and Syrah. Old vines of more than 60 years, conducted organically, with grass cover between the rows, processed mechanically as they are planted on terraced parcels with a steep slope. Soils of shale. Whole clusters, without pumping over the must, fermentation in wooden vat and stainless-steel tank. Aged in Burgundy barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphur.
