Barely 100 litres produced by scraping together the Grenache (Noir, Gris and Blanc) and Carignan grapes that remained on the vine come autumn, and had almost dried to raisins. 50-year-old vines. A natural winemaker, Bruno has his work cut out for him with his steep terraced parcels. Composed mainly of schist soils, mechanised farming is impossible here, so Bruno can only use a horse for ploughing. Vinification: maceration, punching of the cap every drop of juice. Aging in barrels and bottled without added sulphur.
