100% Jacquère from organic vines planted on Mont Granier in the Chartreuse Massif (the slope opposite Chignin), on limestone scree (hence the name of the cuvée!), the plot faces East. Hand-harvested and vinified naturally: direct pressing, fermentation and maturation in vats for about 5 months. Bottled on the estate with no fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
