Minor Swing - 2023 - Ludovic Archer
Ludovic Archer
Confidential and unique, with notes of morello cherry, strawberry, coffee, sweet spices, leather, subtle animal notes, smoke, and sap. Full-bodied on the palate, with powerful aromatics and fine tannins, pulpy, very nice complexity, and a long finish. The perfect remedy for bad weather.

Pressing, aging in vats and in barrels that have seen eight wines, two rackings. Unfined, lightly filtered, bottled at the estate on July 12th, 2024 with just a micro-dose of sulfur. Total SO2: 24 mg/l.
