Blend of more than thirty grape varieties, both red and white, co-planted on a 1.5-hectare hillside parcel that cannot be mechanised. The vines are between 60 and 90 years old and organically farmed. Around 30% hybrid varieties, alongside Alicante Bouschet, Gamay, Mondeuse, but also Jacquère, Servanin, Joubertin, even table grapes… Hand-harvested in three passes, fully destemmed, with all the grapes macerated together in stainless steel tanks for a few days, then pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in March 2025.
