100% Altesse from young vines facing south and planted on clay-limestone scree. The small berries of this grape variety produce a highly concentrated juice. Harvested by hand in crates on September 12th, 2023. Vinification: slow pressing of whole bunches, no settling, indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation is done, 11 months of aging on lees in barrels that have seen several wines. Fining with bentonite and light filtration, bottled at the estate on July 12th, 2024 with just a micro-dose of sulfur. Total SO2: 30 mg/l.
