A deeply coloured Pinot, this cuvée is the expression of one of the GREAT terroirs of Beaune. Smooth and fruity, with supple tannins and notes of spice, the aromatic palette is ultra complex. You'll have to be a little patient though to give this wine time to reach its full expression.
100% Pinot Noir. Since Yann chooses to classify everything as Vin de France, we’re not authorised to give the locations of the vine parcels, but just know that the grapes were grown on a vineyard site with vines that are 50 years old, facing South, at 300 meters altitude, on a clayey-limestone soil. Vinification: 30 days of maceration, with punching down of the cap, no additives, and 24 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Zero added sulphur!

The vigneron is a wunderkind with an impeccable résumé, including 10 years at Prieuré-Roch as vineyard manager.
