100% Merlot, this is a negociant cuvée made thanks to purchased grapes: the vines are organically farmed and planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes were harvested by hand. Vinification: full destemming, vatting and devatting of the vats by gravity, approximately two weeks of maceration in stainless steel tanks, with some pumping over. Gentle pressing, aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months. Racking, filtration, and bottling on March 18th, 2025, at David Reynaud's estate.
