100% Merlot, this is a negociant cuvée made thanks to purchased grapes: the vines are organically farmed and planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes were harvested by hand. Vinification: full destemming, vatting and devatting of the vats by gravity, approximately two weeks of maceration in stainless steel tanks, with some pumping over.
