100% Syrah from 20-year-old vines, farmed organically and biodynamically on the terroir of Châteauneuf-sur-Isère, on clay-limestone terraces with well-drained soils composed of detrital pebbles. Harvesting is done by hand, and the vinification is respectful of the grapes: 100% de-stemmed grapes, gravity-fed, are macerated around 30 days, with indigenous yeasts, gentle pressing and fermentation in concrete vats for 11 months. Racked, filtered and bottled on the 22nd of July 2025 with a small dose of sulphur.
