100% Syrah, certified organic and Biodynamic, grown on the terroir known as Beaumont Monteux, with a well-drained soil of clay-limestone and detrital pebbles. Manual harvesting. Vinification: grapes are 100% destemmed, around 30 days of maceration of the berries, gentle punchdowns, soft pressing. Vinification and aging in concrete tanks, for 11 months. Bottled at the estate on the 10th of July 2025, after light filtration and with a low dose of sulfur.
