The name in French is a bit misleading – this is not a Blanc de Noirs (usually a white wine made from Pinot Noir) but a 100% Chardonnay grown on marls. ‘La Rouge’ is the name of the 0.55-hactare plot, which has iridescent Triassic marl soils. Bottled on September 8, 2025, without fining or filtration, and no added sulfites.
