New blend for the 2025 vintage: Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, and Ugni Blanc, from vines that are 20 years old on average, grown organically and planted on hillsides with clay-limestone soils. The grapes were harvested and vinified naturally: full destemming, followed by a few days of maceration of the berries in stainless steel tanks.
