Ingredients and nutrition facts
A blend of Malbec, Jurançon Noir, Gibert, and Valdiguié from 50-year-old vines, organically farmed and rooted in various clay-limestone parcels. Manual harvest and natural vinification. One week of whole-cluster maceration, gentle pressing, fermentation in concrete vats followed by 6 months of aging in the same vessels. Bottled with no fining or filtration, without added sulphur.
Fabien Jouves represents the golden generation of Cahors. This young and dynamic vigneron settled in 2006 on the highest slopes of Cahors, where he took over his family’s estate of 20 hectares.
