100% Malbec from 30-year-old vines, cultivated organically and planted on clay and silica soils with iron-rich minerals and limestone rocks. The parcel belongs to Château d'Audhuy, to which the Collectif buys the grapes. Harvested on September 25, 2023, natural vinification: total destemming, two days of cold maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation, gentle maceration with a few pump-overs, pressing, and seven months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Bottled with a low dose of sulfur (35 mg/l of total SO2).
