Blend of Gros Manseng, Ugni Blanc, and Muscat d'Alexandrie, from vines grown organically and planted on different parcels, showing clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest. Natural vinification: total destemming, one month of maceration of the berries in stainless steel tanks, soft pressing, 6 months of aging in concrete tanks. Bottled at the Estate without fining nor filtration, without added sulphur.
