A blend of Malbec and Merlot, from vines averaging 25 years old, organically farmed and planted on high-altitude clay-limestone hillsides. Green work is carried out in the vineyard, and harvesting is done by hand. Certified organic. Natural winemaking: whole-cluster maceration for 7 days. Fermentations in concrete vats, followed by 6 months of ageing on the lees in concrete vats and barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
