A négociant cuvée, stepping outside of Cahors terroir! A blend of Cinsault and Malbec from 35-year-old vines planted on sandy and limestone soils in Roquemaure (Gard) and Quercy (Lot). Vinification: 7 days of maceration of the whole clusters in concrete tanks, 6 months of aging in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled without fining, filtration, tiny dose of sulphur.
