Côtes de Cassagne - 2023 - Château Côtes de Cassagne
Myriam et Cyril Chancelier

70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, mostly from old vines — some over 70 years old — planted on clay-limestone soils in Ruch. The estate is not certified organic but works just like it. South-facing plots, some right in front of the house, the farthest only 600 meters away. Blended before bottling, unfined and unfiltered, only 30 mg/liter of total SO2.
