Gamay made from the blend of the parcels of Chénas (40%) and Chiroubles (60%), a difficult vintage due to the cold and vine diseases, giving extremely low yields: 9hl/ha. Manual harvest, respect of the bunches in order to protect the indigenous yeasts. Vinification: whole cluster, zero additives, carbonic maceration, soft pressing, aging for 8 months in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the end of June 2022. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
