Nose on red and black fruits, finely spicy, already calling for the table... Palate: fine tannins supporting a dense aromatic structure. An elegant wine, all in balance, with very nice drinkability.

This is the first vintage of this Gamay cuvée, made from old vines over 50 years old, planted at 400 meters on granite soils with a South exposure in the Les Raclets lieu-dit. The grapes were harvested by hand. Natural winemaking: in the tank, alternating layers of whole clusters and destemmed grapes. Gentle pressing, followed by one year of aging in stainless steel tanks and old demi-muids barrels that have seen five wines. Blended and bottled at the estate in September 2025 without fining or filtration, using only a micro-dose of sulfur.
