Les Gouttes de Dieu - 2024 - Domaine Rostaing-Tayard

Emmanuel Rostaing-Tayard

Gentle pressing, followed by one year of aging in stainless steel tanks and old demi-muids barrels that have seen five wines. Blended and bottled at the estate in September 2025 without fining or filtration, using only a micro-dose of sulfur.
