100% Gamay from biodynamically farmed vines planted in Saint-Romain-de-Popey in Beaujolais, on granitic sands soils. Vinification was previously carried out in a cellar in the Coteaux du Lyonnais, which is why the wine was called Amour Interdit… it could not bear the Beaujolais appellation. Since the cellar has moved to Ternand, Beaujolais now applies! Fully destemmed, 5 days of maceration, 7 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Unfined and unfiltered, with only a micro-dose of sulfur added at bottling in April 2026.
