Burgundy
Bourgogne Rouge - 2024 - Le Vendangeur Masqué
Alice & Olivier De Moor
A pure, fruity juice with notes of crushed red berries, and tart raspberry... A crisp, fluid palate, ultra smooth and fresh, with fine, silky tannins, and a long finish. A beautiful Burgundian Pinot Noir, here expressed in a cool-climate vintage.

100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines, produced with grapes purchased in the Mâconnais. This is from Alice and Olivier's haute couture, under-the-radar négociant business. Their names do not appear on the label, but they’re the vendangeurs masqués (masked harvesters) behind this cuvée! The grapes are harvested by hand, natural vinification : three weeks of maceration of the whole clusters, pressing, aged in large barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled without fining or filtration, micro-dose of sulphur to protect the wine.
