A 100% Chardonnay from three parcels grown organically – Bon Boire: old, 50-year-old vines; Vaux Debosc: 30-year-old vine; and Arche: 25-year-old vines, grown on a shallow clay soil, near the bedrock. Bottling at the estate, with a sensible use of sulfites.
