A Pinot Noir from 8 parcels spread across 3 hectares, all very well situated climats: En Dérée (mid-slope), Champérrier (brings density and texture) including vines from 1913, Clos de Combe (bringing firmness), La Petite Jouise (finesse), Vigne Belle (which are indeed beautiful, flourishing vines). All of the vineyard is grown organically and harvested by hand. Vinification: traditional, without SO2, with indigenous yeasts and work by gravity. Long aging in barrels before bottling at the estate.
