Gevrey Chambertin - 2023 - Domaine Trapet

Jean-Louis Trapet

A style identifiable by its softness, its roundness, its red fruits, with those little menthol touches, its gentle attack and its length on the palate. Fresh, juicy, with clear notes of strawberry, blueberry and rose. Impeccable.

All of the vineyard is grown organically and harvested by hand. Vinification: traditional, without SO2, with indigenous yeasts and work by gravity. Long aging in barrels before bottling at the estate.
