100% Chardonnay from biodynamic vines planted on two parcels of 90 acres in the village of Marsannay: En Auvonne and En Varangée, on well-drained, well-exposed loam and clay-limestone soils with numerous small pebbles on the surface that release accumulated energy. Harvesting is done by hand, and it is moved by gravity, natural vinification with no additives: direct pressing, ageing in barrels that have seen several wines, bottled at the estate.
