100% Pinot Noir from young vines in the Irancy AOP, planted in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux on a limestone plateau. The vineyard has been in conversion to organic farming since 2019. Manual harvest on September 20th, 2023, in 20 kg crates. Natural vinification: 65% whole bunch, 35% destemmed, 17 days of maceration in stainless steel. Aged for 10 months in barrels of several wines. Bottled at the Domaine in July 2024, unfiltered, unfined, with no added sulphur.
