100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines planted in 2006 and 2008 on the limestone slopes of Treigny (Yonne), south/southeast-facing, from the Robinettes parcel. Manual harvest on September 18, 2023 in 20kg crates. Natural vinification: 30% destemmed, 20-day maceration, gentle press, then 10 months of ageing in oak barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate in July 2024 without fining or filtration. Total SO₂ under 12 mg/l.
