Certainly Raphaëlle’s most powerful and structured red, yet still unmistakably Pinot, with its signature fluidity and finesse. The nose bursts with red cherry, cranberry, and plum. The palate is complex, with lovely depth and length.
100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines planted in 2006 and 2008 on the limestone slopes of Treigny (Yonne), south/southeast-facing, from the Robinettes parcel. Manual harvest on September 18, 2023 in 20kg crates. Natural vinification: 30% destemmed, 20-day maceration, gentle press, then 10 months of ageing in oak barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate in July 2024 without fining or filtration. Total SO₂ under 12 mg/l.
