Deep nose carried by notes of currant, prune, undergrowth, touch of liquorice... Supple, delicate and melted on the palate, it is a true success!
Pinot Noir from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on the Clos des Forêts Saint Georges vineyard site, a Monopole covering an area of 7.2 hectares. Hand-harvested from September 6th to 12th. Total destemming, 5 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by 17 days of fermentation in tanks with daily pump-overs. Pressing, 16 months of aging in barrels (40% new oak), then 1.5 months in tank. Bottled in March 2025.
