A Blanc de Noirs made of 100% Pinot Noir from biodynamic vineyards (the 7-hectare estate is Demeter-certified) planted in 1983 on gypsum clay-limestone soils. This is a vintage Champagne, using only the 2017 harvest, with grapes harvested by hand at high ripeness. Direct pressing in traditional Coquard presses, vinification in 25-hl casks, malolactic fermentation, ageing on laths, aged under cork and disgorged on November 17, 2022, without dosage. The string is attached after disgorgement.

Jérôme Bourgeois
Jérôme Bourgeois, child of the ’77 vintage, is a very dynamic vigneron, born into a family of champagne producers with a history four generations deep. The 7-hectare estate is made up of some 20 parcels scattered around the town of Crouttes-sur-Marne, halfway between Reims and Paris. Jérôme took over the vines at the beginning of the 2000s from his parents, who had never bottled much wine...
