Champagne
RS - Jérôme Bourgeois
Bourgeois-Diaz
A fruit bomb – vinous, charming and authentic, with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, rose and violet. A splendid, deep colour, much like the wines of Vouette and Jacquesson. A rosé in tune with our times.

A ‘rosé de saignée’ style Champagne, 100% Pinot Meunier, from two parcels of old vines planted in 1935 and 1964 on the slopes of Crouttes-sur-Marnes. The 7 ha estate is certified organic and biodynamic by ECOCERT and DEMETER. No chemical fertilizer, no weedkillers, etc... Sensible, sensitive farming, like that of an impassioned gardener! Grapes harvested at full maturity, and all mainly from the 2020 harvest. A cuvée disgorged the 12th of January 2023, with zero dosage.

Jérôme Bourgeois
Jérôme Bourgeois, child of the ’77 vintage, is a very dynamic vigneron, born into a family of champagne producers with a history four generations deep. The 7-hectare estate is made up of some 20 parcels scattered around the town of Crouttes-sur-Marne, halfway between Reims and Paris. Jérôme took over the vines at the beginning of the 2000s from his parents, who had never bottled much wine...
