A 100% Marsanne cuvée (with a nominal sprinkling of a few Roussanne vines), from a vineyard planted in Fully, at 600 meters altitude on a terraced slope called Les Claives, with gneiss soil. The vines are 99 years old (yes!!!), farmed biodynamically, harvested by hand with small crates and in several passes. Vinification: pressing of whole grape bunches, natural settling and zero oenological additives, with indigenous yeasts and 18 months of maturation in barrels, with 50% new oak. A light filtration at bottling, and a micro dose of sulphur.
