A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée from vines aged 20 to 35 years old, farmed biodynamically and planted on the Charrat hillside on the left bank (limestone scree). Handpicked with small crates. Vinification: the grapes are 100% destemmed, macerated 14 days, with indigenous yeasts, and 6 months maturation in oak barrels that have seen several wines. A light filtration at bottling, and a micro dose of sulphur.
