The only single-parcel cuvée from the estate: 100% Savagnin from young vines farmed biodynamically, planted in the La Cabane plot on clay-limestone soils, in the commune of La Bruyère, northwest of Namur. Hand-harvested with deliberately low yields of around 15 hl/ha. Vinification: direct pressing, aged for one year in oak barrels with 16% new oak, and 8 months in stainless steel vats, on the lees.
