An ultra-fruity, addictive, gourmet and luscious Macvin, the ideal companion for late evenings and desserts.
Liqueur wine from two terroirs, half on Bojacien limestone and half on Lias clay. This Macvin is made with 1/3 Marc from Franche-Comté and 2/3 Chardonnay and Savagnin grape juice taken before fermentation. It is then aged for two years in barrels that have seen sevral wines. Bottled at the estate with very little sulphur.
Stéphane Tissot took over the beautiful family estate from André and Mireille Tissot in 1990, and in over thirty years has accomplished a colossal task to reach the summit of the Jura and become a model far beyond the borders of France.
