A soft juice with notes of candied pear, roasted Mirabelle plum, and white flowers... Palate: soft delicate bubbles, roundness, beautiful volume, and a long finish with notes of fruit and a hint of sweetness: 4 grams of residual sugar per litre.
A blended cuvée of 40% Cortese, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Vermentino, 10% Favorita and 10% Arneis from vines farmed organically and planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand with small crates, followed by direct pressing of the different grape varieties in whole bunches, with indigenous yeasts, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in stainless steel tanks, and 9 months of maturation. Wine neither fined nor filtered, sensible use of sulphur.
