Intense, powerful, vibrant and long, an olive oil from the olive trees of Le Coste estate, grown organically and planted on the volcanic soils on the shores of Lake Bolsena. Traditional harvest, the production is entirely mechanical (therefore without any chemical process), an extra-virgin oil produced from the local varieties of Moraiolo, Canino and Frantoio olives. 50 cl bottle.

Gian Marco Antonuzi
Gian Marco Antonuzi and Clémentine Bouvéron live in Gradoli, 150 km north of Rome. Clémentine studied oenology and Gian trained under such renowned vignerons as Barral and Pacalet .
