100% Chardonnay from vines planted by Valentin’s father 45 years ago on 45-year-old limestone scree soils, cultivated organically. Hand-harvested. Winemaking: direct pressing, once again featuring a unique winemaking and aging process for this vintage, with one year in a 20-hectoliter concrete egg (a single container for the entire cuvée). Bottled in August 2024 without fining or filtration, with zero added sulfur.
