100% Chardonnay from 45-year-old vines cultivated organically and planted by Valentin’s father on the clay-limestone terroir of Les Trouillots, notably Lias clays. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: direct pressing, followed by transfer to barrels for fermentation and aging in 228-, 400-, and 600-liter barrels that have previously held various wines, for one and a half year. Bottled at the estate in December 2024 without filtration or fining, and with no added sulfites.
