A blend of Pinot Noir, Poulsard, and Trousseau from biodynamically farmed vines planted on several plots of the estate with marl and schist terroirs. Following the frost of 2024, a large proportion of the estate's red grapes were blended into this cuvée... Harvested by hand and very low yields. Vinification: cold semi-carbonic maceration of the whole bunches, pressing, one year of aging in truncated wooden vats, without new oak. Bottled without fining nor filtration, without added sulfites.

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
