Julien en Billat l'Enfant Terrible du Sud - 2024 - Domaine Ganevat

Jean-François Ganevat

Vinification: cold semi-carbonic maceration of the whole bunches, pressing, one year of aging in truncated wooden vats, without new oak. Bottled without fining nor filtration, without added sulfites.
