A cuvée produced from organic grapes purchased from winegrowers who share the same values, 100% Pinot Noir from two regions, which unfortunately we cannot tell you where as it is classified as Vin de France... The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: cold semi-carbonic maceration, aged for 10 months in truncated wooden vats, without new oak. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
