A 100% Poulsard cuvée from vines farmed biodynamically, planted on a terroir of white and grey marl soils in the Côtes du Jura appellation. Natural vinification with a short maceration, using only indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months in seasoned wooden tronconic vats. Bottled at the estate without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
