A clear juice with notes of red fruits and cocoa... Palate: some gas may be present, give the bottle a shake if it bothers you. This is smooth juice, all freshness and fruit, a highly enjoyable wine with great finesse.
A 100% Poulsard cuvée from vines farmed biodynamically, planted on a terroir of white and grey marl soils in the Côtes du Jura appellation. Natural vinification with a short maceration, using only indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months in seasoned wooden tronconic vats. Bottled at the estate without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
