Jean François Ganevat and his sister Anne decided to gather together vigneron friends who share the same conception of natural wine growing to launch a négociant business together. Rotagamay – a double-magnum – is made from Gamay and old Jura grape varieties, fermented by semi-carbonic maceration, then aged for 12 months in large barrels. No sulphur added!

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
