A tribute to François' grandmother, a blend of 50% Chardonnay from 40 years old vines on clay-limestone soils and 50% Savagnin from 10 years old vines on gray marls from the Lias era, farmed organically and planted South of Château-Chalon, harvested by hand. The two grape varieties are vinified separately: direct press, fermentations and aging in 228-liter barrels for 36 months, blended a few weeks before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulphites added.
