A tribute to François' grandmother, a blend of 50% Chardonnay from 40 years old vines on clay-limestone soils and 50% Savagnin from 10 years old vines on gray marls from the Lias era, farmed organically and planted South of Château-Chalon, harvested by hand. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulphites added.
