A 100% Savagnin cuvée made from vines farmed biodynamically, planted on many parcels of the Domaine, showing different types of terroirs. Following the frost of 2021, the entirety of the estate’s surviving Savagnin was blended into this miracle cuvée. Obviously, the yields are very, very low. Natural vinification without any additives: direct pressing, and four years of maturation on the lees in demi-muid barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled without fining nor filtration, without added sulphur.

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
